So… this is officially my 1st mail of 2023…
And the 1st of 1’000s more to come this year… lol… 🤣
I will also skip the whole “Happy New Year” thingy… which you’ve sent/received a whole lot for the past few days…
Let’s jump into something super useful and tactical… to make 2023 our BEST year ever.

What are 2 things I’ve done well in 2022?
1st: Significantly reduced the total number of products on offer to only a small handful.
2nd: Created a kickass sales process for my marketing agency in Q3 and Q4 of 2022.
- In 2023, I will focus on consolidating all products in my company i.e. training, service, software… and only making sure products with synergy with the rest remains. As tempting as it may be to introduce new stuffs, I’ll resist the urge.
- In 2023, I will further tighten the sales process for my agency till it’s “water-tight”… and duplicate it across different industries and markets.
What are 3 things I’ve done not so well in 2022?
1st: Watched too much Netflix… even made my skipped some days at work.
2nd: Juggling more than 4-5 projects at a time… causing me to lose focus of the big picture of my business.
3rd: From August till December of 2022… I lost momentum in good habits I built over the years… Started to sleep late, ate junk, put on weight, didn’t move much….. I blamed it on my Covid infection and travelling… but I can only take ownership of all these.
- No more Netflix during weekdays.
- One thing at a time.
- Choose my food wisely. Sleep early. Move around more.
Baby steps… that’s what create momentum and progress.
