About Spirit Releasement
Have you ever thought, “I’m not myself.” “This is not me.” Or a sudden physical condition that can’t be explained? This is only a couple of things that can indicate an influence from spirit attachment. Other indications can be: Sudden addiction problem, feeling like you don’t belong, feeling like there’s a cloud around you. Spirit Attachment, indicating an interference, on a physical or subconscious level, is a much more common occurrence than full spirit possession.
Some researchers in the field estimate that between 70-80% of the population are affected by one or more attachments during their lifetime. Most attachments are random. Your energy field becomes in alignment with the spirits energy and thus they feel a pull towards you. After over 20 years in this field and over 800 releasements to date, my research has shown that no one is completely protected from the possibility of a spirit attachment.
When we talk about spirit attachment, they can be benevolent in nature, wanting to serve a personal need, neutral, and even malevolent in nature. Most attached entities fall into one of four different categories: earthbound spirits of deceased humans, dark ones, extraterrestrials, and thought forms (either created by you or that has been sent by someone else).
Frequently Asked Questions:
Does everyone have spirit attachmet?
Some earthbound spirits will come into your energy/auric field only for a short time and do not stay long enough to impose their energy on your physical body. But even though some do not stay for long they can cause a disruption in your energy field which will make it easier for other spirits to attach.
I’m sensing something in my house that I can feel/sense around me. Should I have a spirit releasement done?
No, you should first do a house cleansing. The spirit is probably not influencing you on a physical level and can probably be helped just by doing a house cleansing using white sage.
I have a physical condition that the doctors can’t explain.
Spirit Releasement is not a replacement for medical care. If your condition does not seem to change after having medical treatment then a Spirit Releasement could be an avenue to explore. I have had only three cases (that I know of) where physical conditions that could not be explained and could not be treated through medical treatment, where after a Spirit Releasement the condition went away.
Why Do SRT?
The main reason do to SRT is because you have to, in direct response to a spontaneous reaction a client has in a session. Or to solve a specific problem that’s causing pain in the client’s daily life that has no other solution.
Many clients will not ‘want’ to do SRT, but sometimes ‘you gotta do what you gotta do’. It’s not what you want, but there’s no avoiding it’s what you need.
Many therapists will not ‘want’ to do SRT, but sometimes ‘you gotta be flexible enough to do whatever it takes to get the result’ for your client. If a client spontaneously manifests a need, it’s better to be able to handle it and get back to your core modality. These therapists don’t have to advertise SRT or accept clients for intentional SRT as the presenting issue.
Some therapists will specialise and seek out SRT, and have a deep interest in the spiritual dimensions. They need to keep in mind that SRT is generally a therapy of last resort. There are many symptoms and indications of SRT that could also be more common conditions. It’s best to proceed with the more common solutions first. The therapist has to be wary of excessively seeing SRT in every client, or of trying to do SRT with clients who have no interest in an intentional SRT session, or prefer their session to be ‘spontaneous implicit’.
SRT is a therapy for spiritual issues, not for psychiatric or clinically diagnosable issues. We are helping clients, who are otherwise emotionally and mentally robust, to deal with a spiritual event. Spiritual issues tend to display the symptoms listed in the next section.
Indications and Issues for a SRT Session
At the point of first contact with a client, when they tell you why they want a session, there are indications SRT may be needed or may spontaneously arise. The client may report issues in daily life, or during sessions, including;
Excessive grief and difficulty letting go of a loved one that’s passed away.
Experiments and difficulties with occult practices, from Wicca to astral travel.
Periods of intense spiritual practice or meditation.
Unusual usage or binging of food, drugs or alcohol.
Unusual energy drain, mood swings or depression in daily life.
Relationship problems, with themselves and others.
Feeling uneasy in their own skin, or uncomfortable with their own thoughts.
Hearing voices, or feeling doubt and unease with their inner voice.
Unusual dreams or nightmares, visited by spirits or entities.
Unusual behaviours including speech, food and drink, and sexual activity.
Booking sessions, then unusually repeatedly cancelling or no-showing.
Blockages or interruptions during sessions; vocal, physical or emotional.
These are simply indicators that SRT may be an issue. Next we drill down with follow up questions to gather more information before coming to a conclusion.
