At SRI SMRTI FOUNDATION, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction with our training sessions. Below, we outline our policies regarding refunds and exchanges:

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:
   • Refunds are applicable only if the request is made within a specified time frame after purchasing the training session.
2. Process:
   • Once your refund request is received and verified, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
   • The refund process may take an additional 1-2 days to initiate through your original payment method.
3. Late or Missing Refunds:
   • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
   • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
   • Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
